We have sampled or purchased plenty of command boards in the past and this is hands down the best. Regardless of who is riding in command on shift, the simple flip functions makes everything more uniformed through all the shifts. This command board takes all the previous command boards and simply puts them into one. Couldn't fathom using anything else!
I absolutely love this board. It makes running command way easier and using almost daily either on an incident or for training. I’ve showed it to the command staff her at the department and they are very impressed I spent my own money to be a better leader that they are looking into buying a few for the trucks.

Love the format I wish it came In a larger size for the back of my buggy. Other than that it’s pretty good.
The guides are well thought out and easy to follow-just what you need in a high stress time. I love the size of the Jr. It fits in my PPE. That puts it at easy reach to jot down company assignments so I know who I'm talking to. We don't have enough people to stay in the car, so the portability is a big factor for me. IDLH is very responsive to questions or hang-ups. I felt like I was dealing with a brother/sister fire service member. They care.
This tactical worksheet has always helped organize my crews on-scene and my thoughts in a clear concise way.
There was an issue with the delivery date, but they communicated that with us from the beginning. Great products and support!

I have been using the command board for four years. My experience is that it is a great way to organize a scene and stay connected with resources and assignments for multiple call types. It takes a bit of practice, but what doesn't? The videos are a big help with that. My Battalion Chiefs have now asked for another board for their truck as well.

Wish the corners had been rounded a little. When you are reaching for it in a pocket behind the seat grabbing a corner hurts a little.
