Hello, My name is Andy Powell, The owner, and creator of the IDLH Tactical Worksheet®.  Incident Command is not only my job but my passion.  The IDLH Tactical Worksheet® was developed after many years of teaching Incident Command in the CTC and running all-hazard incident.  It was soon recognized that the fire service and individuals were all over the board on keeping accountability in the IDLH environment and that their system would change based on the incident.  Changing your system from incident to incident creates a training issue and sets the incident up for failure.   After many years and thousands of scenarios in the CTC, the IDLH Tactical Worksheet was developed.  Based on your feedback, the IDLH Tactical Worksheet is continually updated to ensure you can keep accurate accountability in the IDLH environment.
